The project "I Care" was a 8 days training course to promote the quality in the preparation and implementation of Youth in Action Programme Projects. The training course was in Setubal, Portugal, in October-November 2012 with 2 participants from 10 countries from EU and Neighboring Countries in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Latvia, Georgia, Lithuania, Poland, UK, Armenia, Norway and Sweden).
The main objective of the project was to promote secure, safe and qualitative implementation of youth projects by providing competences to youth workers, leaders and offer project coordinators/managers guidelines to make safe and qualitative projects. In this training course were addressed themes like Intercultural learning, Conflict management, Emotional Well Being, Child Protection and safety, Risk assessment, Catastrophe plans and First aids.
